Management Training - 2010 Cornerstones Application Series

As a manager, you must achieve company goals through the efforts of your people. You have access to all the resources for achieving them: your people, your business practices, and your technology. Together, these elements can assure success, provided you know how to use them.

Management Cornerstones (the first step) is a Boot Camp, an intensive one-day program focused on the core principles of our personal responsibilities-based management approach. The program includes vision, people-smarts, controlling your schedule, goal achievement, creating systems, new work place dynamics, selection, promotions, and termination.

Next is the Management Cornerstones Application Series.  This one-year reinforcement program introduces new applications and reinforces strategies learned in the Cornerstones Boot Camp. The series includes: role playing, coaching, case studies, and problem solving. Special pre-registration and fee required.
