Both Omar Uresti and Woody Austin competed in Arizona this past weekend during the Frys.com Open.
From the start, Austin moved up in the field by posting a 65 in rounds two and three. He took 11th place by the end of the match with a total score of 268.
Uresti played well throughout the tournament, scoring low in all four rounds. He placed 34th with a final score of 272.

Woody Austin and Omar Uresti competed in the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open this past weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Austin drove through the start of the match scoring a 67 in both the first and second rounds. He finished the match with a final score of 272, placing him in the top 40. Not far behind, Omar Uresti finished the match posting a final score of 278 with a consistent score of 70 in each of the final three rounds.

The Atunyote Golf Club at Turning Stone Resort hosted Sandler Training Golfer, Woody Austin during the Turning Stone Resort Championship this past weekend.
Austin consistently shot a 69 in each round following a solid score of 74 in round one. He tied for third at the end of the match with a final score of 281.
Austin was mentioned on PGATour.com in the third round “Groups We’re Watching” article. Woody also spoke about his game in Verona. “I hit a lot of good shots on that back nine” Austin said. “I missed every short one because I couldn’t get them online, and then I made two long ones. You’re at the mercy of the bounce, I guess.”
