Where have you been all of our lives!?!
The Training Center For Sales & Business
Development’s incredible staff have made a
huge correction in the direction of our
company’s team. My wife Kathy and I opened
our doors for business in December 1992 and
have strived to keep a healthy working
relationship, a marriage, as well as raising
our two daughters.
After fifteen years in the business, we now
have over 20 employees, 12 trucks and have
built our small company to an over 3 million
dollar model of success. Our customer
satisfaction has grown with our employee
dedication and our commitment shows in our
work inside and outside the office.
A few years ago we realized we were at the
top of our game but not going anywhere. We
tried our own training and reconstruction of
positions and growth but needed something
new and exciting to stir the pot. We have
known the folks at The Training Center for
over five years through Plumbing Heating
Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) and
Qualified Service Contractors (QSC).
Building a working relationship and respect
for their staff, we decided that they would
be the best opportunity for our company to
grow with style, knowledge, ease and
confidence. WOW, that was the best decision
we could have made for our company and our
employees!
Our employees are financially better off &
happier than ever by increasing customer
satisfaction, improving sales efforts,
higher average tickets, bottom line growth,
etc. Coming together as a team, working
smarter not harder, and realizing their own
family’s dreams & goals can come true! These
improvements have been realized due to, in
part, from what we’ve learned at The
Training Center, specifically internalizing
the concept of reinforcement on-going
training, our personal Cut & Paste
Motivational Program, changing behaviors
with a customized Cookbook for every
employee, helping us develop our own sales
culture for everyone to embrace and execute
on, world renowned communication skills,
better attitudes, etc.
We wanted to share our success with The
Training Center with others because we truly
believe that their methods do work and
certainly have been highly beneficial to our
company, our employees & their families...
and our customers personally,
professionally, and financially.
